Blue Sky Vision is focused on story-telling to connect people and communities and in communications for development.

We assist with crisis communications. Media updates from the Vanuatu Business Resilience Council played a key role in keeping the business community and general public informed when COVID came to Vanuatu.

Stein has worked across Asia and the Pacific, Africa, the Americas, the Middle East and Australia, as a foreign correspondent for some of the world’s largest media organisations, but now calls Vanuatu home.

Stein is a three times winner of a Walkley award, Australia’s top peer judged journalism awards, for investigative stories she filmed in Rwanda, Zimbabwe and Myanmar.

She holds a Masters Degree in Disaster Resilience and Sustainable Development with Distinction, a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Politics, and a graduate certificate from Columbia Business School in social media marketing and analytics. She is a CASA licensed drone pilot.

She is delighted that the collaborative documentary “Life and Limb” made with colleagues from the Vanuatu Department of Forests took out a People’s Choice Award at the 2020 Eugene International Environmental Film Festival.
